Well… we’ve done it.

We’ve ripped the band-aid off and relaunched our website with a brand-new structure, fresh direction, and a name shift to match. As we expand into the U.S. under our wider brand Lomond Legal, we felt it was time to realign everything including Holly Blue to reflect what we’ve become since, well… the world turned upside down.

Like many of our clients, we’ve come out of the pandemic into a world that’s still a bit chaotic. Things don’t feel fully settled, and if we're honest, there’s no time to wait around for clarity especially with the Employment Rights Bill looming in 2026. Yep, 28 changes to employment law in the UK are coming. Boy, do we all have work to do.

Across the Pond and Running Uphill

Meanwhile, we’re building momentum in the U.S. where the coffee is strong, the lawsuits are expensive, and no one knows us yet. It’s exciting (and exhausting), stepping into a brand-new country with no local ties, just big ideas and even bigger belief in what we do: help employers get it right and protect their bottom line while doing so.

We’ve learned that in the U.S., businesses want clarity, not jargon. Results, not fluff. And that suits us perfectly.

Back in the UK, our biggest move? Online training is now live via Holly Blue eLearning.

We’ve introduced on-demand, straight-talking, legally accurate courses built for real managers and staff who actually need to understand what’s changing in the law, not just tick a box. Neurodiversity, misconduct, grievances, contracts… you name it, it’s coming.

Will eLearning solve everything? No. But it’s a damn good start.
